Hip Hop Class

ONE CLASS & YOU’LL BE HOOKED. Combining the energy and grittiness of urban dance with fitness, U-Jam has taken group fitness to a new level by developing student-minded instructors that know how to support and engage each and every student. We bring the party to wherever we are invited! Expect funky, adrenaline-based urban beats from around the world with easy-to-follow choreography so that everyone can have fun!

STRENGTH & CORE

Core Exercise

Our signature strength class. This a “bootcamp” style class that will challenge and strengthen your entire body. We will use body weight, hand weights, TRX, machines, plyoballs and more! Come ready to sweat and move and find your strength!

Practicing Yoga

This hybrid class was developed with body, breath and balance in mind. A blend of light strength training, vinyasa, and Pilates. We will use light weights, yoga props and tubing. Open to all levels.

DEEP STRETCH & RESTORE

Women Stretching

Join us in this class to move and gently stretch the body, find our breath and then end in a restorative and meditative pose. This class is a great way to end our day from work and transition back to our family and lives.

YOGA STRENGTH

Fun at Yoga

A class to move you, challenge you and remind you how strong you are! A fluid mindful flow with yoga basics, and a full body strength workout using hand weights and body weight. We will sweat, work and laugh. Some experience in vinyasa flow and using weights suggested but not mandatory. Space is limited so sign up online!

SOULFUL FLOW

Warrior One

A mindful flow class with extra time at the end for a restorative pose or meditation or maybe just a long savasana.

YIN & NIDRA

Waterfall Pose

Join us for a class to calm the body and restore the mind in a restful way. Yin will help you slow down and deeply stretch the muscles- poses are held for a longer period and support can be used. Yoga nidra will help relax the entire body through a guided meditation.

ALL LEVEL FLOW

Indoor Yoga Class

This is a strong paced class that requires some experience. Modifications will be given but some experience in vinyasa flow is suggested. We will move through Surya Namaskar, standing poses, inversions, arm balances, seated postures and savasana.

MINDFUL

FLOW

Yoga Class

This is a signature class at The Well Studio. A fluid flow class for all levels...taught at a slower pace with direction and instruction to help you understand the poses. It is simple but not necessarily easy. Come have fun with us! Lots of space to modify and create your own practice.
